    Beautiful in NC too. Not so much down on the coast though. Got another week to enjoy it before headed west. Then it is dedicated deer days.

    I’m off starting tomorrow until next Sunday. Work a week then off the 6-12! No bone from me isn’t from lack of trying let me tell ya hahaha but confident I can get one down in that time! Almost here boys!

    Just scouted the new property this afternoon. Honestly pretty let down. I found 5 stands and 3 cameras. That’s without going through with a fine comb. Not sure if the property owner knows they’re out here or if the farmer has a bunch of buddies on here.

    Not a lot of sign that I’ve seen. Just decided to sit in a clearing of timber. I’ll hit the horns and see if anything wants to come out.

    My time off starts the 28th - Nov 11. My son almost got it done on a big 10 last night. Bugger was chasing a doe and went right in front of our blind. I couldn’t stop him for a shot. Sitting out in 76 degrees and hoping for another chance with the crossbow this evening.
