    Well good sit saw that 4pt, 3-4 does and another deer out of range, at dark what seemed to be a mature buck 60 yards down the hill got my thermals and bugged out of there. Had about a dozen turkey around me for an hour then watched them roost.[​IMG]

    Went out tonight for a few hours. Saw 4 bucks. 2 nice ones that locked up and pushed each other around awhile. They were all out of range and not on the hit list for this year but still fun to see. It’s about to be game on!!

    Had a buddy who is on a different team shoot a nice buck last night on the ground. Should be posted soon if it’s not already. Think he’s DWilmuth on here or something like that he’s a killer.


    We’ve got a nice cold snap this week with winds out of the north. I was hoping to take a couple kids out for youth waterfowl this weekend but that fell through so I will be hitting the woods hard Saturday

    Got to where I was gonna hunt about 6p.m. dark is 7:10.
    Farmer was digging the field.

    Pretty confident in this evenings sit as long as the wind doesn’t start swirling set up in some raining white oaks. I counted at least 6 scrapes in a 30 yards radius. Rubs everywhere but look to be a week old or so. Scrapes seem fresh. Fingers crossed

    Well guys, no bear this morning.
    To muddy/wet to get to my spot so I'm probably gonna eat my tag this year. Couldn't work today so came to the cabin.
    Gonna get in a tree for the first time this evening and try n garner us fiddy points.

    Last minute hunt tonight with a really good wind for this stand. I’ve got high hopes I see something with antlers tonight. Will give us 50 if I can! Saw these on the way in next to a scrape I’m going to try and hunt over tomorrow [​IMG]

    She died in the river.
    Was able to weasel my 4wheeler close enuff and had 50 feet of rope. Easy_peasy.
    She's hanging in the tree now.
    Will post pics in LFTS THREAD.
