Was driving today and I don't know why but the term "Hope n Lung" came to me for a t.eam name.

Yeah I just have an older viper single pin slider. I had a halon a couple years ago with a react one pro. That’s where it started. Had to sell my halon for Christmas presents lol…now I have an older PSE. Bought it for $100 off a girl at work. I shoot it well and it’s very quick. Have taken multiple deer with it already. I’m one of those guys that use a 450 grain arrow or maybe even a little less and love it. Hardly any gap from 23-30 for me. Few inches max. Do use a cut on contact head though. I tried the heavy arrow thing and absolutely hated it. Felt like I was 10 again lobbing arrows and hoping hahaha but to each their own.

I've got a couple mature bucks that have been on camera. Hopefully they stick around. Going to put out a couple more cameras on Sunday and a cedar rubbing post with a licking branch.

    Nice bucks Tom.

Hell, I don't know how much my arrows weigh or how fast.
I'm an (up close ) shooter so it don't matter.
What you fellas think of "Hope n Lung" for a team name.
Remember, we're gonna win this year and the next and the next so it's gonna be around for years

I'm good with that or the five finger death punch name.
Tom those are some great bucks! Hope you get one of them during the season!

Well Monday morning I'll be kicking off my season! I'm not the biggest believer in solunar tables by any means. But if the times are good and I see just one deer, it'll be worth it. Hopefully I'll have my tags by then. If not I'll print some out on Sunday night. Weird thing is, that it's already firearm season (for private land) down here. Started yesterday runs through Jan 1st. Going to see what my 4 acres possibly holds.

Got the sight all figured out this afternoon. That was a bigger pain in the @$$ than I thought it would be. Didn’t have to change the sight tape. Ready for my 3D shoot in 2 weeks.

    Bought a new release today.
Has a hook instead of a caliper.
I typically hunt real thick cover and shot opps happen fast.
There have been several times I have not had time to look down and get attached and it's costs me shots.
I don't shoot a string loop, just a brass crimp on nock under m,y arrow.
Shot about 50 arrows with it and it works really well.
    Fast hookup without looking.
Wish I would had one years ago.

Nick, really, gun season? That would suck!

Hey fellas checking in after a couple days! Been a little hectic at school I apologize for inactivity. I’m up in La Crosse, WI doing some teal hunting this weekend. I’m a die hard duck hunter as well as a bow hunting. Any other waterfowl guys?

Have not hunted waterfowl for 20 untill last year. Goose hunted and shot 18 I think?
Benny, I think we nominated you as captain, let's get a name picked and get this team rolling.

I accept this nomination! I’ll try and get creative in the duck blind this weekend for a team name
