Good luck Dan! I was not going to go down where I found this guy due to a herd of deer with some great bucks in it. One was a HUGE 10 pointer. I about died when I saw him. You could tell he was the boss because the others walked around him and two of them stood guard when he bedded down next to a tree. I watched them for a 1/2 hour when a doe came up the hill and spooked the whole herd. Then I went down but they will be back and it is right across from my hunting area! I never saw that joker too. That is what really sucks! I want his sheds now! He shook his head and I was saying prayers trying to get them to drop but they stayed on. DANG!

Spent about 2 -2 1/2 hours looking on Saturday. Still a lot of snow on the ground at that point. Saw a few bucks still carrying, but didn't pick up any bone. Will be back at it Sunday with Mike. Thankfully most of the snow melted off yesterday, so it should make finding them a bit easier.

Well, I went for a walk and I ended up finding a fence post that you all will be shocked to see. I want to find the big boy that was ripping this apart. I did see 6 bucks that all where packing full racks! I could not get close to them but do know there was two MONSTERS in the group. I want them to drop where I saw them due to this area being a nonhunting area and private with only I that has permission to shed hunt. Hope it turns out really well for me!

    Classic picture Danno!!!!

You sure that's a year old and not a fresh one that's been chewed a bit? The color of the antler looks pretty good.
