Well despite my better judgement I'm back on stand. No one had any luck here during shotgun and I have too many pics of good bucks cruising to sit at home without driving myself insane. Wish me luck maybe a big one will stop in for a visit tonight

Well gents, we got skunked. Both days the temp was anywhere from 7 to 10 degrees with 30mph winds. Didn't see anything moving at all. Talked to a bunch of my buddies that went all around the state and same result. Sorry to let you down guys. It was fun but still pretty dang bummed.

Turkey day doe down boys!! As Much bad luck an really just the lack of deer sightings so far this season. I decided to take a younger doe this morning. Pretty fun hunt, I'll post pics an a story tonight once I get back home. Now for the contest do I just post pics to are team page or somewhere else as well. Thanks in advance!

Well went out this morning. Great day to be in the woods cold an calm. Saw a few doe early then really slowed. I told myself that I was only sitting till 9:30. An of coarse action picked back up about 9:15ish. The doe I ended up shooting was walking the ridge behind me at about 80 yards. An I figured she would follow that trail right out to the CRP to bed down. Lucky for me she didn't she took a hard left right down the ridge an milled around in the creek bed for a few mins as she slowly worked my way. I ended up shooting her at 38 yards quartering away. She ran about 20 yards an was dead within seconds. pic of the exit hole
