I'm gonna start by telling a little bit about myself and would like for you guys to do the same. lol I'm from West Central Indiana. I hunt a couple different properties. A 8 acre property that holds 3 bucks that I have been chasing for 3 years now and two probably score around 140s to 160s I'll post pics later. This is my first year doing this contest and I'm excited to chat with you guys and see how your season is going and learn and here what advice you guys have to give! Good luck and hopefully everyone on the team gets a big buck!
Little bit about myself.......... My first name is Tim. I've been in this contest for many years and have enjoyed getting to know new hunters from around the country. I live in north central WI (also known as the northwoods or bigwoods to some). This is where the majority of hunting will be however I've done some scouting in central WI and even southern WI. I'm hoping to venture out on new public pieces to increase my odds of success at a bruiser. All my hunting is on public land. As far as a hitlist for this upcoming season, all I can say is I don't have one yet! I've had a few issues this summer with bears and my trail cams so I haven't really gotten anything good on camera yet. But come October there will be bucks to chase. If a couple bucks I chased the last 2 years are around, I'll still be after them. One is now a 6 year old 8 point I call Rome. Rome will be between 130-140 this year. He'd be number one on the list if he's still alive. Number 2 is Chip, a 4 year old 10 pointer who I've had close encounters with. Chip went around 125 last year. He's got decent genetics but I'm not sure where he will be this year. But make no mistake, anything over 110-120 is fair game by me!
What’s up all, my name is Tyler. I’m from Sw Pa, but I also hunt Ohio. I have a 6 month old and I am wayyyy behind in prep and I haven’t hung cameras or scouted 1/4 of what I normally do. There are good ones around and I’m looking forward to some relaxing seat time, I’m good for a doe for sure. I have some good bucks that I know made it through in Pa and Ohio, just a matter of meeting up with them. I have cams out in both states once I get some good ones I’ll be sure to post em, let’s light this scoreboard up!
Just got my first hard horned buck on my Pa farm, he’s a young ten but good to see em on the prop, sorry it’s a screenshot from a video.
Name is Brandon. I’m 37 years old married with 2 beautiful daughters and another ???? On the way. I’m from what is considered Southwestern Illinois, just across the river from St Louis, Mo. GO BLUES!!!! (And Cardinals) . I work as an Electrical Automation and controls specialist. Let’s see.... my hunting will be kinda screwed up on a few of the public properties I hunt because of all the flooding we’ve had. Also one of my main private spots is being logged as we speak. I have done zero prep because of 60-80hr work weeks but I’m still optimistic. I always see great deer. My main enemy is work. I have a couple weeks of vacay up my sleeve though. So here’s to a good season with you guys can’t wait to meet you all and kick some team 27 butt
Checking in.. Southern Illinois here. Hope to not be sick again all deer season this year.. just what you guys want to hear im sure
Hey boys. My name is Drago. Yes that's my actual name lol. Eastern European background. I live in Ontario Canada. My season goes from Oct 1 - Dec 31. I have 2 properties I hunt on that are bordering each other. One is 150 acres and the other is about 75 acres. I also do a annual hunt down in Texas at a friend's ranch in late November. Texas is full of deer but not nearly as big as up here. So I'll guarantee a doe or a Fergie down there. And hopefully can score another nice buck for the team up here in Canada.
Ash here checking in. This will be my first year doing mostly evening hunts as I have worked 2nd shift for the past 19yrs and hunted mornings. Hunting a couple old stand by properties that I’ve had access for ever but I was able to get permission to hunt a new 150 acres this which I’m super excited about. Got 2 stands up on it last week looking for a 3rd spot on there. Hunting upstate NY. Sent from my iPad using Bowhunting.com Forums

Anyone have there eyes on any particular bucks? I was hunting one deer for the past 5 years in Ohio and it was fun but exhausting, he was killed last year so I have an open slate this year. Feels liberating even tho I didn’t kill the buck, time to start a new chapter.
Here is 3 bucks i have been chasing for 3 years now. Hopefully get a shot at one this year! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
These pics are a couple years old. My cousin killed the “smaller” 8pt. We call the big guy John. No pics last year but confirmed sightings from farmer. No sign of him this year so far. If he’s alive he will either be 7 or 8 y.o. He’s by far the biggest deer I’ve had a chance at. We will see. I can’t go after him till after shotgun season is what sucks. This guy I have a personal vendetta with. This is “Junior” I want him as much or more than John. I’ve drawn on him once, let an arrow fly and whiffed another time, and he straight up busted me reaching for my bow another. His body dwarfs his rack. I’m willing to bet he will dress at 210# -220#. Wish I had a pic of him with another deer for comparison.
Great looking deer guys, when I get home I’ll post some of the ones I know made it though. Marauder anthonyzink Justin Goins heartstopper Pitman Shocker99 Pick00l Ashd Bardo Suncrest08 Chago
You say these 3 bucks live on 8 acres? Or did you mean 80? If you mean 8 then I bet you don’t have long to hunt them till they split up huh?
