Found 2 more on Saturday while walking to and from our coyote hunting sets. Nothing big, but 2 more on the board. I took a picture of the larger one, but having trouble getting the pic from my phone to my computer. Will post when I get a chance. There was still a lot of snow, but the rain we had on Sunday hopefully wiped out enough snow to make it a little easier. I did see a buck carrying both antlers still, so some are still carrying around here. Will be trying to get out for some short walks after work this week, weather permitting.

Yeah i saw that. He is on a role. He has a lot of land to cover and he said he finds anywhere from 80-100 in a season. So we got to step our game up  Ill be lucky to find that in 5 years.

I went out last night after work for a quick walk. I thought with the recent rain and somewhat warmer weather that it would have melted enough snow off to make it worthwhile to look in one of my spots, but that was not the case. Still too much snow. May try another spot this weekend, but more than likely at least a few warm days/rain away from really getting out there.

Went out today to look at some land up for lease. Did a quick walk thru, lot of thick, areas I didnt walk into, but did find one dead head. I also made and offer on the lease and he accepted. So I got 40 acres for the 2013 seasons. Will get back up there next week or so and really canvas it for sheds.

I wanted to get out this weekend but the snow hit. So that was out if the question, but i id drive around looking for deer and i saw a ton they are grouping up. The bucks i saw (5 of them) were still holding both sides. Maybe that will give some guys around me an idea of whats going on.

P.S. Im up north in freeport for the weekend. So they are holding in the area currently id say.

Hey team hows it going? I know the weather has put a damper on most of shed hunting for right now. Im hoping it clears up and the antlers start falling. I want to find some sheds!
