They're at home. Will send ya some tonight if I remember. *reminder may be needed....been running around with my head cut off due to all my job(s) commitments. Can't wait for treestand therapy in the fall.
haha alright I will try to remember myself. coming into the season I thought I was all set for the year pretty much, well like always I still have a ton of things to get ready for season. I may sneak out to the farm tomorrow and check 3 cams/ a second spraying to prep a plot for fall planting
I believe you have this confused with some thread by Joe....perhaps taptatalk is acting up again haha
That must be it. I would never be so rude and inconsiderate to you guys. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Checking in. Sorry I've been MIA. Well off to a ruff start lost 5 cameras, ground blind, feeder and 5 acres of clover to the flood. Got some good pics prior to flood. It usually takes a little while for the deer to filter back over levy especially with all the corn on the other side but they will be back, same thing happened last year. We are not going to replant crops so I'm going to plant a lot of food plots this month. Also leaving for Montana on sep 18th for a 7 day elk/Muley hunt pretty pumped this will be my first time. Excited to be apart of the team again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dang that's rough to loose all that due to flooding. But seems like u haven't let it put your spirits down. Are you doing a DIY or guided hunt?
Gonna be spot spraying some micro spots at the Swamp Property tomorrow and will be pulling a couple cards.....hope to have some good pics to share.... ....Next weekend is a BIG work days for stands and plots so will have pics from Homestead property to share as well hopefully.
I'm shooting for next weekend getting a lot done also. Either at the farm or Ohio. Still debating if I want to but a plot I sprayed or just tilling it under.
One of the bucks that may make me shoot this year...he was a wide low time length 8 last year with nubs for 9th and 10th points. He maybe was just 110-120 inches last year....I'd say he is gonna be a dandy... Others are alive and well too...only pic I got on my phone of any worth sharing is JR
Ok here's a question for you guys...I've got a small plot I've sprayed off and is/will be ready to plant this week. Deer currently hit clover in the hay fields, thinking of what I could add? I didn't plant my beans this year, and there are no local crops....just mountains, acorns, and hay fields.
Welp did something major to my lower back Saturday....gonna find out today prognosis. Just got new strings for the bow too....may not be able to keep shooting like I've been for awhile, sure hope not!
I think this going to a be tough year for.me I went from having three different hunting property's to just one that is over two hours away I have some public land about.35minutes away but who knows about that place so everyone wish me luck this year I'm going.to need it.for.sure guys
Some times the greatest seasons come from the greatest frustrations or limitations! Good luck bud! Get after it and it may still yet be an awesome year!
Yeah I hear ya bud, and trust me always much easier to see positive in other's shoes than our own. Don't be fearful of public ground early before gun seasons....some great chances possible there I bet for atleast a doe.
