Ive never been on a team that did very well. It really is fun to be in the running. To tell you the truth i do want more meat, it will always go to use, but I probably would be done by now and hunting geese if we werent so close.
I couldn't agree more! I'm not sure how long this contest goes until, but I will be hunting this coming weekend as I have a buddy coming down to hunt the extended season area. Honestly I'll probably shoot whatever I'd like at least one more deer just for eating. The time for being picky is over for me. I've already started scouting where the deer are crossing the roads and where food is. I also switch to crossbow this time of the year because it's easier, and very hard to get drawn with little to no cover in the trees. Anyways goodluck if you do get out.

We’ll guys it’s been a pleasure and an awful fun year. My season is officially done today, unfortunately I just wasn’t able to get it done with limited time based on work, taking my son hunting, and all the work associated with buying that new property. Best of luck to those of you still hunting and I am definitely looking forward to next season already!
Is it working yet? yay, it’s working! I can finally post again lol!!! Guys/Gal, it has truly been an honor to have been apart of this team! I just wish I could of participated with the scorecard and helped us out. It has just been one of those years for me! As far as the family health issue, it’s Alzheimer’s so we’re looking at all of our options for her care for the remainder of her life. The transition for me and my uncle will be a long road, getting things switched over. Headed out in the morning to go get my blinds and cameras. It’s crazy that another season has came and gone.
I will be out this weekend yet our season ends on the 31st in this part of Wisconsin. I did some major scouting last weekend located some deer on public. I did hunt Last Saturday night with a buddy and double teamed this area, and 2 does worked out past him and nothing for me. Hoping I can at least shoot a doe, but I'd shoot probably anything for the sake of my freezer is not as full as I'd like it.

Haahaa, I've been scouting on my way home from work and i'm seeing lots of deer out and about the last hour of daylight it could happen. However I'm not passing a doe.
Little Chief just dropped a nice buck for team 12. Big congrats to him. Bump that 51-2/8 up to about a 180-190” Wisco
Haahaa.. Well I was out tonight. I set up about 80 yards off. I saw 4 doe and 1 small buck, but like I said they were about 100 yards away from me. I'll be at it again tomorrow evening.
I love your dedication! Our season is well over. But, may have something exciting in store for this upcoming year - we will see.
Last night was a busts, temp warmed up and lots of people were out and about. I guy and his dog walked by twice. I'm headed back to the spot from Saturday night tonight. I did a trail run this morning and ran a 4 mile loop around this cut. I saw about 6-7 fresh deer tracks coming into this cut and no coming back out. So I know at least that many deer are in that cut. I'm really pumped for this last sit. I'll be getting ready to head out in a little bit. One bad thing is the temps are warm around 30 today.
