I got permission from the Mrs to go to camp next week. Then a hunt in PA with Steve sherk the following week. It's tough leaving this little face though.
These east winds suck! But the bucks will still be moving so I'll just have to adjust. May have to break out the ghille suit! How's everybody doing? Getting pics of our shooters but still all at night. Should change soon and I'll be out there! Good luck out there teammates!
Hunted all day yesterday and saw nothing… today my cams blew up and my neighbor was texting me of all the deer he could see or came off my property … and I’m at work… Off next week tho and got a sweet hook up … long story but I will have a chance at a good buck.. can’t wait Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Nothing after the little guy, I'm back in same stand. Walking back to camp this AM I found a couple BIG fresh rubs and a decent scrape 40 yards from my stand.

Was out most of the day yesterday, saw a doe and a little 6. Getting pics of shooters but all at night! Walking in along standing corn could smell a buck, we all know that rutting smell! Another couple of 70°+ days this week, we'll see what happens. Time will come when everything breaks loose, will stay at it! Go team 4!!
Hunted most of last weekend. Saw three small bucks just milling about. Then the morning of the 30th I had a bigger 8 pointer following a doe. Did not have a shot though. Leaving tomorrow for my rutcation through Monday. Rain Friday and Saturday so we will see. Hopefully it doesn't pour and I can tough it out. Good luck guys

Oops, that didn't work right! Haha I'll try that again. Yes we do Tony! Going to be 75° again today, cameras have been slow. Getting some young bucks in daylight though! Checked out another area yesterday and found a spot with rub after rub after rub! And some fresh scrapes! Going to put up another stand and repair one in that location. These will be better for the winds were having for awhile. Time to kill something!
No hunting for me today! Wind gusts at 40 to 50 mph! Supposed to die down a bit tomorrow, will be in a stand early! For me November 7th has historically been a great day for action, plan on an all day sit Monday! How's everyone's hunting going? Let's get something on the ground this week!
