Nothing sighted today but pouring rain. My buddy Justin helped me in and out of blind and even brushed blind in more for me and made a mock scrape. I thought for sure I would see something.
Thats how you get to know each other and become friends. We give each other advice and encouragement. Plus when you're as old as me you tend to talk a lot! LOL Come on and join in the fun! Sent from my LG-P925 using Tapatalk 2
well doesn't look like I'll be out till next week, just too much goin on this week. : ( But at least I'm almost done with my on-line course wrk, thank goodness. that'll at least free me up some nights. Good luck there Jim.
Hi Guys, I guess I talk to a lot too but I am 53. I agree with Bob and love the camaraderie amongst us. I go to the doctors this morning at 8 am. I hope he takes the screw out this morning and sends me to rehab. I am chopping at the bit to climb into a tree or climb up. I have a stand in a nice white oak patch 27 feet up just calling me. I am including a pic of a guy who's friends with my buddy Justin (another Hoyt Brother), who harvested on opening day.
Wow Jim that's a nice Buck! Good luck at the doctors. I know what you mean about being in your tree stand, I love being in my climber. I still have 12 days to wait. Sent from my LG-P925 using Tapatalk 2

Your online course? Did you finally return the "Hunting for Dummies" book back to WalMart and start looking online for hunting tips????
I did manage to get out in popup blind for 5 hours till dark and have yet to see a deer. I did see some fresh droppings so they are there, but they are in the acorns and I can't get there right now with leg.
Hi everyone, I found out who the guy was that shot the huge buck picture I posted. It turns out he played baseball for me years ago. Kevin Beduhn is his name and his buck dressed out at 240 lbs.
