Trust me this guy hunts somewhat close to me (hour/hour and a half) away in some great area...definitely another guy I'd expect to put a buck to sleep.

Well fellas it was a hard hunted two days with no bruiser on the ground. It was anything but uneventful however. Not much going on in the am but saw 12 does and fawns and 4 bucks at night. Two were solid 8's i himmed and hawwed over shooting. Decided to pass. One was roughly 120's and one slightly smaller. I just couldnt bring myself to shooting a buck on my first night on a new property i know little about. Patience is key. Plus i have 3 bigger ones behind my house. Welcome sharpbroadheads! I see deer!

Sounds like you had a heck of couple days! I assume you're waiting to shoot a doe till late? Man that's discipline and knowing what you want in a buck. 120 is a trophy to some...actually most...good on you for knowing what you want and sticking to it. I say shoot what makes you happy, but don't shoot just to make you happy for the moment :D

Good work on having patience. It will pay off for you. Now you get to keep hunting which is payment in itself.

Welcome Sharpbroadheads!! glad to have you!

I have to say i think we have a marked advantage since we have TWO members of the Bowhunt or Die prostaff on this team!!!!
Trevor Olson and Myself...although i dont know....it might be harder for us to get deer killed since we have to get it on film.....hopefully not...

Pretty sure team 36 is the only team with more than one scorecard entries...Rampaige took a doe and a buck for a total score together of like 173 7/8. Besides him I believe only one other team is ahead of us (thanks to Sask). Things won't really start shaping out till late October when we begin to see how active some of the teams are and what teams are willing to stick with it through November to drop some does if needed.
