hey just thought i would let you all know, we are 1 of 5 that haven't picked our captain of team name.
At this point we have 50 percent checked in and only 25 percent posting. I suppose we could run with whatever you guys want if no-one else shows up to provide an input.
Well as far as I know I'm the captain so far. Just wanted to give the others a chance incase they didn't approve of me lol. I heard from Golden Pyr Ranch but he didn't seem to interested. I don't know if he forgot about signing up or what. I told him we would be glad to have him but understand if he's not interested any more. At least he took the time to respond. He's hunting mule deer in CO so well see. I'll let Fitz know about me as captain if you guys want or we can wait a few more days. Let me know your feelings either way.
Heading out to hang stands. 28 more days in PA and 30 in NY. Seems so far away still. Also checking a cam or 2 today...both over mock scrapes...hopefully they have been getting hit. I never made them this early but wanted to try. Will update asap.

It's hot here. Wish it would cool off a bit. Making a few stops now before I get to the woods. Gettin nervous, I'm afraid of heights and never Hung my own hang on stands before. Always used ladder or climbers or stands that were already hung. It's gonna be interesting lol
dude, make sure you have your lineman's belt on. so you can use both hands to hang it. they make a hoist to help with this. be safe
Well I survived today. Got a few more to hang tomorrow and maybe one or 2 Monday. Then ill b gold. It's not as hard and scary as I thought, but still not the most fun job either haha. So, as for a team name. Not sure what you guys think so please add whatever comes to mind. i live the idea chief had to use as our avatar if that's good with him. Either avatar or as a picture in our signature. For a name I was thinking like: MRDF for Monster Raxx's Down Fall Or something along them lines. Only prob with it is when we win it wont be as good of a name next year lol. But was just a though. Let me know when you're thinkin Aaron and Johnny...and anyone else on the team if you check in.
johnny came up with a short but good one. " BUCK U." i kinda like it. then there is yours, and of course there is always " deer slaying ninjas " lol but i don't really care.
Only prob I have with Buck U is there's a team Bucked up and its really close sounding. But maybe im over looking it. Buck Ninjas, the silent killers could work. Or I thought on my drive home, Blood Trails By Sunset. Idk just thoughts. I'm not good at this lol. Like you said, I don't mind. I'll keep track on all the names and hold some kinda vote mid next week for whoever is on our team lol.
well, tomorrow after church going scouting weather permitting. camp over night and scout monday as well. can't wait, need to see what i have in my hunting area. stoked for sure. three weeks left from today.
