Guys, i have been posting in the " live.from the stand" thread with all my updates ...

Long story short....so far 6 sits and I only saw deer in 2 of them ...could've killed 4 little bucks and a button buck..I have only seen one doe while I was walking out....

I am confident there will be bloodshed tho

    How about you??

Hey team sorry ive been a lame team mate. Been out 7 times. Have seen 12 deer total only having 3 in bow range whilst running 30mph! Sorry for the dry personality don't have much time. going out tonight and am putting up 2 more hang on stands on the same property. One behind a swamp and the other in a finger of woods. Hopefully I'll have time to sit in one tonight. Be safe and God bless ya.

Had two sets of 3 deer come in. Drew back on a big doe and she busted me when my arm relaxed and jerked back. Felt like I was drawn back for a few minutes and my arm just relaxed. Sucks I could have shot her but it would have been straight into her chest. Didn't care for that shot. I should have drawn later. Then later a doe with a few fawns came in and busted me when I stood up. Man I have gotten clumsy.

Got it done last night here in Illinois on a big doe. The shot was 26 yds. broadside and I spined her and she dropped instantly and let out this herendous death growl that scared the crap out of me. Its meat in the freezer and points on the board boys..... the hunt will be on a upcoming show here shortly.

Good job Richie! The bucks should start to be getting into the pre-rut soon if they haven't already where you are at. I had bucks chasing does all over the place already and locking antlers pretty hard too, good luck out their guys!
