welcome rob , yeah everyone seems to be getting ready making some last min set ups , hung a stand yesterday as well and cut the shooting lanes , ordered a new tree spider harness as well ,
I do have one pic of the buck I'll be targeting opening day. He's been staying close to my brother in laws house on his 56 acre lot. In the pic it's hard to make out because it was taken with a cell phone, but he is seen a few times a week both in the morning and evening around the same location.[/IMG]

You can let Fitz know starting this Saturday the 8th, that we have missing guys, and he will give us however many guys we need off the alternate list.
Have we tried sending the missing 2 a PM to give them a chance to check in? I think that is what Fitz wants us to do before they are replaced.

Spent The weekend testing my newly injected left elbow. Still a little pain so I'm gonna have to hang up the Hoyt for a while and pull out the Ghost 400. Which ever I choose I'll be out there on Friday morning and I can't wait, I'll keep you all filled in with a field report.
just got the call i'm going to north central Georgia for turkey day and may get a chance at a nice 9 pt my uncle has on camera. im planning on hunting all day fri and sat while I'm up there, hopefully he will show. what is the rule on waiting to submit a buck how long do we have?
as long as the season is in the contest is under way , check out the scorecard form under the contest theres 3 entered already , 2 nice bucks and maxx going a doe down ,,,, also for whoever has not been in this comp before pay attention how they entered there deer for an idea of what you have to do , if its not done that way they will not count your kill for the comp ,,, goodluck team members who are getting out this weekend lets get on the board early !!!
Hung one last stand in between classes today! Sadly my hard drive crashed so I'm unable to post pictures from my summer trail cams!
Still have 3 weeks to go here in Ohio. I am going to drop off some corn and bait those bad boys in. Probably will put it in a few places and let the woods rest till opening day. New arrows are being set up at the bow shop. Should be done by Friday. Plan on putting on my broadheads and shooting everyday till opening day. I wish it would hurry up.
