Just checking in. Love the team logo. I've been hunting my tail off. I've seen a few nice does but all were out of range or in thick brush. I passed on a lil fawn the other day. I know some would shoot her but I wanted to pass to get more meat. This my first season bowhunting. In years past I was gun hunting and would have no problem dropping them in brush. I am wonderingif any of you use any bait like cmere deer or anything else. Also anyone use those bleat cans? We had a cold front come in so they moving a little more. Plan on sitting this afternoon hopefully I get something close. I'm craving some deer chili.

Congrats guys, we are headed in the rigth direction. I got out Sat morning to the new spot my buddy told me about and got out there a little after sunrise. (i dont go in the swamp when it is dark) as I was strapping my climber to the tree trying to be as quiet as possible I heard something getting up out of the palmettos behind me, I turned slowly around and there stood a NICE 8pt (he may have went 100') about 10 yards away. I tried to reach down and grab my bow but he caught the movement and hauled tail. It took me an hour to calm down. I hope to get back out there this saturday.

two of my neighbors just shot bucks. One was a 140" 10 pt. and the other was a nice 8 pt. It is starting to kick in here in western Pa. Really early but mostly smaller bucks feeling it.

Well gang I had dinner and 50 points at 20 yards, and I straight up missed. I'll be shooting my bow tomorrow to check to see if its the sight.

After watching the footage in super slow mo I've realized it wasn't me the deer dropped really fast and lunged forward. That makes me feel better it wasn't my aim.

Good Job Team, Now lets keep it going!! I Couldn't make it out today, long work week coming back from vacation, so I needed my sleep. I'll be sika deer hunting next week with the muzzleloader. This will be my first time hunting these little guys, so I'm shooting the first one that passes by. Good luck everyone, looks like the weather is starting to change, we had our first frost last night.

Well I'm in the truck and heading back to my home state of mn. Hoping to be able to run an arrow through the buck that got away 2 weeks ago.
