A week from today I leave out to go to Colorado. I'm ready for some cool mountain air. This 100 degree stuff sucks.

Checking in, names Steven Conley and I'll be hunting Central and Eastern KY. Slow year so far on trail cams but have 2 potential high 130's low 140's that showed back up a few days ago. Good luck to everyone this year and lets have a good and safe season.

it's just this year since deer populations are down in the state.

So I pulled my trail camera pictures today, my one little buck took off. This is the first time I haven't had him on camera since I put it out. But I have a coon infestation! A nice single doe, and a cute fawn. Oh, and my idiot brother who decided it would be a good idea to go and stomp down my oats and clover.

400excracer checking in. My name is Brady and I hunt mostly on 60 acres west of Beloit WI and sometimes in Black River Falls WI on my brother's 48 acre plot. I have only seen one small buck on trail cam this spring/summer but there were a couple dandies out there last year. This is my 1st time taking part in the contest and I am looking forward to it.

Thanks man! I just bought this one yesterday and did all the paint myself the last two days... haha

This is the first Jon boat I have used, I had a v hull before. I like this one because it is lighter, and fits right in the back of my truck!

I mostly use mine once waterfowl season hits, and for getting to some public land spots.

Good job on the paint. Are you planning on a motor or just oars?

Well in one of the pictures you can see the trolling motor on another boat I own, I painted that today, and put it on there. If I can find a cheap little 3 or 4 horse motor I would consider buying that.

But I still have to buy new waders before season!

Right on! I had to buy new waders last year. Got the cabelas super mag 1600. They were pricey but have been my favorite pair so far.

I've got a few spots on the river by my house I have scouted for bucks. Hopefully one of them get to take a ride in this in a few months.

I have been looking at the hodgman 1200's. Two hundred ten dollars or so! So... To much!

    Nice boat!

Only picture I have so far of him. It was on June 6th, so he should be a monster by now. (OH Buck)

Decent 8 that has been coming out to a corner of a bean field (WI Buck)

This one is pretty big, he is going to be a bear!

Might be hard to tell but this guy is a 7 pointer. (OH Buck)

Nice 8, #1 on my WI hit list so far (WI Buck)

Will try and upload some more when I have more time.

CDY_0239.jpg CDY_0431.jpg Here are a couple of pics of bucks I was getting pics of last fall. I havent seen anything that size so far this year but I am hoping that I get a chance at them this year. I should have some new trail cam pics to show after this weekend.

That last buck is a brute. Did you have any encounters with him during the season?

Unfortuantely no. I did have an encounter with a big 8 that I never got pics of. He walked almost under my tree about 5 yards away and he somehow busted me when I went to pull back even though he was facing away. I ended up settling for a 1.5-2.5 year old 7 pointer. Where are you located in Wisconsin?

Nice to see we have a couple duck hunters on here..... Here's my jet rig. Just finished a long tail mud boat with a buddy a couple days ago.

Couple bucks I'm after. Either cropped trail pics or photos that I've taken.
