Ok for the Broadhead Bandits- My idea was like taking the texas lone star but instead of the actual star, theyre broadheads sticking outwards. I dont know how many of you have watched the sportsmans channel but on their commercials they make a star out of broadheads. Thats kinda where im getting an idea. I hope that made some sort of sense. Heres a picture of the star to give you an idea.

Welcome JDhom. Looks like we're waiting on a few guys- Bone Head hunter, Rabbit57 and sharpbroadheads. Hopefully they show up, if not il ask for replacements Thursday. Il send each of those guys a PM, maybe they just haven't noticed the thread.

Do any of you shoot or have u shoot the rage 2 blades? Im tryin them out for the first time and there whistling bad. I always shoot the muzzy mx3 and was not happy with the 300yd blood trailing trips and the sparse blood. Any sugestions?

Im surprised that the MX-3's performed like that for you. I shoot Slick Trick Magnum's 100 grains. They leave a great blood trail and last year I put a great shot on a buck, he dropped after 55 yards. So before you switch broadheads think about your accuracy and shot placement more than anything. Rages do put some nasty holes in deer BUT they are constructed poorly and I just dont feel comfortable shooting a deer with a flimsy broadhead. Rages are a one-time-use kind of broadhead. The NAP Spittfire Maxx is good, as well as the Killzone. IMHO, Rage is a bit overrated.

Every deer iv shot Iv blown throw there heart with witness to prove that fact! I shoot a minimum of 50 areows everyday! I may have only been doing this for 6 years but I can hit what im shootin at! I do appricate you opinion. Have you used the rages? Why is eveyone so happy with them if there so flimsy? Just asking?
