The captain just keeps track of everything. Gives Duke updates on total shed numbers every so often, bumps the thread up sometimes if no one posts for a while, basically just housekeeping. It's not hard at all.

    Congrats again Tony.

I found 4 sheds this weekend, nothing too impressive though. 3 fresh ones and an oldie.

I think were around 22 or so.

We need to get everyone checking in. I think we got we got a real good chance at this. I've still got a couple more properties to check. Quik hasn't even checked in and we know he's good for some!

We seem to be off to a good start. I will be walking tomorrow through Thursday. Hopefully I find a few.

Good news guys, I got permission to shed hunt all of KSU's land tonight. I will be heading out there Wednesday after class gets out at 2:20. The land has never been shed hunted (that I know of), and I know there are some huge bucks out there. I saw a 160" buck two years ago during rifle season, and a 190" buck with a drop tine. Several from 140-170 on camera. Should be good!

Checking in, Gentlemen. I've been super-busy lately with work and all, but I'll do what I can to produce some bones.

    Great sheds so far, fellas.

Tony, that's a whale of a deadhead bro. Bittersweet man. Bittersweet.

Cole, good luck on the new land (not that you really need more big deer to chase). LOL Virgin shed grounds. That would be like finding the Lost City of Atlantis around here. Haul 'em out of there, bro.

Antlerman, that looks like a banger set that you picked up. A deer you knew?

As for me, I'm having a terrible year so far. This mild weather has bucks still carrying their antlers. I'm up to five sheds so far. Nothing to write home about. I did find a chunker of a 3 point shed - 48". My best 3 pointer I've ever picked up.

Aside from that, I've got a 5" spike set, a fork and a broken chunk of antler from what looks like a 2 year old.

    Keep tromping, boys.

You can never have too many big bucks to chase!

I found 2 more sheds since my last update, a small 3 point side with the brow tine busted off and an average 4 point side. The G2 is a pretty decent length for the overall size of the shed, I don't have a pic of it yet but I will soon.

Here is the small shed and a pic of the skull my buddy found when we went out on KSU land
