The wind will be perfect tomorrow morning for my favorite stand, I might try to get out but it will be short set I have to be to work early tomorrow so it will be crazy if I get something or what the hell just skip my weekly meeting.
I talked a good game yesterday but never made it out this morning. It did feel good to catch up on some sleep. I’m going to shoot a few arrows today with the new bow. There was quite an adjustment from my field points to the broadheads. I think I had it dialed in yesterday but I was rushing around before work and have a little more time today. I don’t need any issues.
Been there. Its the middle of October. Now is the time to get some rest before we start seeking and chasing.

Well I'm here in Ohio. Should be hitting it hard the next 9 days but no luck yet. Still hoping something works. I still have a couple places that are a possibility. If not, I'll just be enjoying time with my kids and grand kids.

Good luck this weekend killers! I am in the same stand I shot the buck out of last weekend. Got in semi clean, a 10 point was working a doe about halfway here. He definitely looked at me but didn’t bust out of here. Just kept chasing the doe. I’m on a recon mission this weekend, after this morning I will be trying to pinpoint our biggest one we have on camera. Next weekend begins my mission for a doe, unless I get a really good shot at one this weekend…
I’m in. Terrible entry. I think I broke every stick between here and the house. My hang and hunt in the dark skills have gone to hell. I was getting ready to switch from the linesman rope to the tether and my release fell apart, but I have a back up in the back pack for just an occasion. Let’s get it on!
Just saw a shooter but he was missing his whole left side. Came in down wind but didn’t seem to smell me. He was about 80 yards. Got this through the binos
