I don't think I'll be getting out this weekend. I have a honey-do list that requires some attention.

Well it’s looks like an east wind tomorrow and I have 1 stand that is a perfect setup for it. It near the railroad tracks and the deer work along the edge of it. The next couple of days don’t look that good weather wise at all. It’s either stay inside dry or hunt in rain gear. I picked up the Omen storm shelter from First Lite last year and have worn it a handful of times but it looks like the true test will be the next few days. 3D698E03-E514-4BC6-998C-5BEF7BF189E5.jpeg DA65983F-AA7B-4408-B75A-872CB7C7B173.png

Got some points with my two boys initials on them today. Turned out pretty good I think.

Good luck team!! I’m up and waiting on daylight. Supposed to be a light rain here all morning. Rained pretty good all night, hopefully they are up and moving some this morning

Gonna give it another 30, wind is switching and coming almost out of the east now. Gotta get out of here before that fully happens. One boarderline shooter so far. Might have stuck if he gave me a better shot than he did. Put on a show for me though, shredded trees for about 30 minutes around me

It’s a washout for the evening hunt, if it was a light rain maybe but it’s definitely not. The morning looks good hopefully the deer will be up moving.
