    This is the sleepiest deer season I can remember. Maybe that is a sign of good things to come for this team.

    I volunteered myself as captain in the team thread and made sure we are checked in.

    I’ll work on a team 3 name tomorrow.

    The 3 Buckateers is the only thing I have as of now

    Less than a week now until the season starts here in WI, and I just had my #1 target buck show back up after disappearing for a week. We’ve also had some younger buck showing up fairly consistently that I’m hoping will walk out in front of one of my boys!

    I'm good with anything. The dog and I checked 2 spots yesterday and freshened up scrapes at each area. I wanted to check a camera at one spot but either I didn't put one there or it walked off. I'll be starting to shoot my broadheads this week, still 3 weeks out for me until season starts.

    No preference on team name. My season open in the SRA WMU September 20. I’ll likely be putting in evening sits the 20th and 21st.

    It’s wild that the season starts this weekend. I haven’t been able to make it to the property in 2 months. 3 of my cameras are dead… just so behind on everything.

    If there is a south wind this weekend I might just go on a doe mission.
