Very excited for North Dakota in 2 days. Will be posting my adventures here. We are pretty much going in blind. Something that I don’t do often.

Good luck and looking forward to following along. Any creek bottoms where you will be hunting? I know the hunting public have hunted there a few times. Might be worth checking out the videos if you haven’t already.

I haven’t really picked a buck yet that I want to target. I have several in the 150ish range including an old buck I have history with but I feel like something better will show. I might have one that will break 160

 

This is the area we are targeting right away. A slough surrounded by AG with a good number of oaks (for the area). It is hard to find areas with a lot of trees where we are going, but this place appears to have some.

 

Checking in. I will be hunting SW PA and SE OH.

 

Been on a roll the last couple years with tagging a buck during bow season. Looking to keep it going this year, have a couple of targets we are excited about for our area after the season last year. Between us, and the neighboring farms, 8 bucks I believe were taken all said and done. Add in a couple road kill/winter kill we weren't sure what to expect this year. These are the two I am most excited about.

 

Checking in…will be hunting central WI. Can’t wait for this season to start. My main goal this year is to have at least one of my boys get a shot at their first deer!
