Good afternoon guys! Hope your hunts are going well - it's starting to get going now! I'm out on another doe mission tomorrow afternoon.

Seeing all those entries on the Scorecard is driving me crazy, still waiting for opening day. Just moved the trail cam to another area where I'll be hanging the Lone Wolf. The original spot I had that I set the ladder stand on is not showing any deer now, I think my buddy's kid has been playing down there on the stand LOL Other spot is promising, fresh tracks down at the creek again when I went out there today to set up that spot.

 

Hey guys haven't been on for awhile, been busy. Work, and yesterday me and one of my neighbors put 2 new windows in my hunting shack, one more to go, that one is going in this coming Sunday. I haven't been out yet, kind of waiting for it to cool down a little more, I hate battling the knats this time of year. They drive me nuts. I will get my hunting time in here soon though I'm on vacation from Oct. 26th to Nov 23rd.
Ryan you are right, seeing all them scorecard entries is starting to eat at me also. I just look at it as let them have their fun now because it's gonna be short lived. lol. We are gonna get ours. Good luck to everyone hunting this week and stay safe.

 

Well guys it's almost time I'm getting really pumped.
I will be out this weekend but I'll be behind the camera not my bow either way it's time in the stand with a friend and I couldn't be happier.
So if any of you are out our going out this weekend have fun and be safe......

I'm finally getting out tomorrow AM. The tournament I have been fishing is a year long deal and the playoffs started this week which will cut back my hunting time a lot until mid October, but I will be at it hard for the rut.

Sat out until about 9:30. I checked my cams which was very disappointing, I can't remember ever getting such a low number of pictures.

I did have a doe 100yds away around 8, and then a coyote walked under my stand right before I got out. Nice morning to be out, good luck guys.

 

Tomorrow and a wake up. Got to work Saturday but plan on hunting a few hours before going to work. Checked the cameras today. Stand I plan on for Saturday has two does and two yearlings passing by around 7 each morning also day time pictures of a few small bucks, no shooters on that one yet. Looks good if they don't change patterns between now and then. Other camera and stand has suddenly become a hog heaven. Sow with two litters showed up a couple of days ago and a big boar has been through the spot several times in the last week. Planning on back straps and bacon in the near future. Good luck to all this weekend if you have the chance to get out.

I'll be hunting central WI this weekend. I have some spots that are totally untouched this year. One of the spots is where my avatar picture came from. I think he is still alive.

Congrats cavicity, another 50 points for the team! Rizzo and cav starting us out right! If anyone else wants to swap cell #s, hit me up. I have Ghilie, Swamp and Crab's numbers. Congrats again and good luck to everyone hunting this weekend. Hanging the Lone Wolf this weekend since my HSS harness gets delivered today. Hopefully the new location for the trail cam gets some good pics, plenty of sign in the area which is why I moved the cam and selected this spot for the Lone Wolf. Nice quiet walk in over pine needle, setting up in a thick pine tree that looks down onto the creek where they are crossing and getting water plus there is a bed down site not too far away into the hardwoods!
