Hunted again this AM. Had a big buck come hopping thru @ grey light. Think my buddy bumped him on his way in. Will take pics after I get home. Freaking pouring rain right now while we break down tents. Mike

Deer is entered. Kinda crappy pics, but the weather was not cooperating for any outside pics today. It sure does not take long to butcher those little ones!

Sorry, but figured I can vent to my teammates. It's one of those months....had to replace the calipers and brake lines on the truck at just over $400, then hub bearing goes out on left side costing me $885. No deer on the trail cam, fell on Saturday trying to cut a branch out of the way when the ladder I used decided to collapse (only about 5 foot fall but still didn't feel too great) and then apparently while I was out in the woods my roommates wife was cooking and not keeping an eye on things and my cat jumped up and burned the pad of his foot on the stove. No telling what that is going to cost me at the vet but I gotta take care of my pets. Spent over $700 a few months back on Dixie. Just sucks, trying to knock debt down and these unexpected expenses keep popping up on me.

Anyways, sorry for the whining...just hasn't been a very good month. Hopefully October goes better and I see some deer from the stand. Wish vet prices hadn't gone up but Gizmo isn't even putting weight on his foot now so I'm taking him tomorrow to get him better!

 

Anyone heard from Bowhunter29, CAVICITY2, jetter, Mads10bass, or Swampstomper?

 

That Sucks schuls, But I'm Sure Stuf Wikl Turn Around.
