So unless I missed one, good luck to Neal and Rizzo this weekend, hope you guys connect on a good one and fill that freezer up! I'm realllly hoping this card pull does the trick but I also want to move the cam onto the other side of the creek on the trail that comes from the baby pine forest.

I think you missed WiscoBowHunter. Hoping this massive cool front that has gone thru will help with getting the deer on the feet later in the mornings and earlier in the evenings. Just 2 days ago it was 97 and tonight it is supposed to be in the 40's with high tomorrow and Saturday in the 60's. Woooo-hoooooo!!!

I'm just happy I'll be in the woods tomorrow...just not hunting. REALLY crossing my fingers that this card pull shows what is getting into the mineral site, and I plan on moving the trail cam across the creek onto the trail that comes out to the creek and minerals. Can't wait to see some posts from you guys hunting tomorrow with some brown down!

Thankfully the work on my truck is done so I can go get it from Ford and able to go do what I need to this weekend. Sucks that it is gonna cost me $885 but at least it's a Ford part with warranty on part and labor to replace the hub bearing assembly on my F250. Have had to sink a lot of money in this truck since I bought it, hazards of buying used but now it has a new A/C, new body mounts, new ball joints, new calipers and brake lines, and left side new hub bearing assembly. Now fingers crossed that the right side doesn't become a problem but she runs strong!

Sounds like a former truck of mine...a '93 Ford F-150. Spent a LOT of money just to keep that truck on the road. Worst part was that once I did get it on the road I had to be pushed out of a Best Buy parking lot that had maybe 2" of snow on it. Dang 2 WD!!! Leaving soon for the campground for the weekend. Partner is getting out of work later than expected so it looks like we will be setting up tents in the dark tonight. Still excited though!!!

I agree 100% let's have a lot of fun this season. Everyone be safe, and when it's all said and done, We will get to do it all over again next year, Because we will be the champs. :woot: :woot: I am jealous, I have to work tomorrow, so I won't be hitting the woods. So everyone that is, good luck, and keep us all updated when possible.

Mike that extreme bow mount. You wouldn't happen to know who makes it, or who may sell them, do ya. I googled it, and couldn't find anything on it. Thanks, Cliff

Saw 4 deer from stand this AM. No shot opportunities. Checked cams. Only bucks are 1.5 yr olds. Many does so hopefully they will draw in the big boys here in about another 6 weeks! Will head back out in a couple hours to work on getting 50 pts.

So no luck on trail cam again, this time only 12 pics in week and a half time and not sure what set the cam off on most of them. Two pics look like an armadillo...sigh. I did find another spot on the creek on the other side of the property today with fresh tracks down by the water. Ended up piling up brush to block off two of the paths they are taking to funnel them down one and going to hang my Lone Wolf up over that trail next weekend. I know they are out there, just gotta get em moving where I want them.
