Added a new sight to my old back up bow. Cheap but whatever. Seems to be shooting good in case my primary bow goes down for any reason.

Have you seen any white oaks forming up or dropping? I just saw a few in the woods two days ago. First I had seen.

Had one of my target bucks lose his velvet, cannot wait to try to get a crack at this fella. Id be in rough shape if october 1 was our opener hear in MN, but I'd also take it if firearms season wasnt smack dab in the rut. 59a62ec9-1a9f-473e-8895-3a440592126d.jpg c8be713c-4660-479b-a13a-fcb9a011b8a3.jpg

Loaded up the gear and ready to pull 6 cameras tomorrow. Relocating to a new property last minute. I will keep the intel and hunting spots on that property but I believe the new one will be a better move. Also prepping for opener on Saturday. Almost here guys!

No VS. No white oaks. But I've not been in the woods this past week. The sportsmen club I belong to has a FF booth at the local fair and I've been there all week

    Beechnut are plenty

Had some years where the deer were all over the beechnuts. Good luck

So far the only good things off cameras are these goofs.

My white oaks are loaded...haven't started dropping yet though. Hickory trees are also looking loaded, but I don't see the deer on them.

Season opens Saturday. I've been on the bubble whethervi wanted to hunt this weekend and am headed out a week from tomorrow for elk.

I stepped outside at lunch and the two deer in the back reminded me step 1 is renew the license...also need to spray the clothes with permethrin...

Checked all my cams and nothing to get excited over. Lots of bear. Couple small bucks and a few inconsistent does. Glad I pulled them all. They were spread out and I put 15 miles on the ebike getting them pickup up.
