Fun fact of the day. Public I hunt in VA was locked up due to baiting in the dove fields. Used the electric bike to get the rest of my cams out. Some of my spots have to me at least 6 or 7 miles from the gate. Looking forward to my next camera pulls in a couple weeks.

    Meat in the freezer.

I missed an elk last year and my partner hasn't had a shot in a few years. Either of us getting an elk would be great. Both, phenomenal and unpresidented...but a tradition I'd like to start.

I'd like to put two deer down. Preferably one from my land and one on public. I seldom see antler ed deer on NC public, but did find a couple intriguing spots.

Put an arrow into a buck. Simple season goals for me. Haha

I didn't kill a deer last yr, so my goal is to put at least 1 down. Buck or doe. I have 3 tags in pa and I will be hunting NY also. At least 2 tags there too.

Realistically 1 in each state. But I would prefer no open tags !!!!!!!

There you are. I'm not on your team but I'm probably happier to see you than your teammates.

I’m sorry it took so long these are a few of the deer on my farms this year. Season opened here Saturday I haven’t hunted as of yet waiting for one of the good ones to become more regular. Also I’m trying to get my boy his first buck with a crossbow this year so I’ll have to split my time. I think it’s more satisfying getting him a big buck now hopefully we can both put one down.

Feel like I need 2 more months of scouting, but I guess its go time in 10 days. Going to be a lot of in season scouting for me.

I appreciate it, I always climb back to the top. Just a ***** getting there. My brother and I go to family land for free range aoudad down there. I've only ever been to one outfitter and they robbed us, never again.

Nothing to crazy on camera yet but it’s still early. He is the most regular so far. I seen quite a few deer out this morning chasing honkers here in early season. Sorry if I’m not real active here lately. I write for a few outdoor publications and I am trying to get things done and pictures taken for my fall content. I also have a 10 month old and 6 year old they keep me busy. I got her a crossbow hopefully next year she will be harvesting her first deer. I think she has a little ways to go yet this year.

Ive left 4 cameras in spots and will run them into November without looking at them probably. I need to gain intel for years to come in order to play catch up here in MO. I wish I had 10 out there doing some scouting for me. haha
