It's pretty warm here in MN. Here's my few for the next few hours! The gnats are out like crazy which is bothersome but I have a good feeling about tonight. I also made sure I nocked an arrow so I wouldn't dry fire
Had 2 doe's this evening. 70-80 yards away. Foot did well and I'll be out tomorrow am, then off to Pittsburgh 2 1/2 hr drive to visit my sister for Annv party
Opted to hunt on base this morning. Snuck in best I could and picked a random tree in the dark. I knew the area itself was hot but did not have a tree picked out to climb. Buck comes in to about 15 yards of my tree and looks right up at me. After a staredown he turned broadside and gave me a shot. The rest is history. Thanks guys. Already have him deboned and in the meat tubs ready to be ground up. If rain holds off tomorrow I will be back out tomorrow evening in a different area.
NC I get 2 antlered tags and 4 antlerless tags. So far I am just 1 buck in each state. Needed to fill the freezer so I will be keeping at it.
I'll be out tomorrow. I cked my camera where I shot my doe. I have some little bucks showing on cam. Time to break out rattle horns. Now. Let's drop some does and bucks. (2nd deer / buck). It's gonna take about 7-9 of us to shoot a doe (/2 nd buck). And around 5 or 6 to kill a buck. To win this. We r on our way.
Thanks guys. Wish I could add another doe to the boards but I submitted what I could for the team. I'm bound to shoot a doe this week. Keep at it just starting to get good. Sent from my SM-G990U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
