Ended up with 3 today and a couple dead heads! I had to put the dead heads back, can't keep them unless I get a tag from the dnr. The match set was laying only 5 feet apart. I'm still not finding much new stuff.

I will be out this afternoon after work for a couple hours. I'm going to a new spot on public land. Got some Intel this week of a hidden spot off the back side that's over looked area. Was told that there is alot of deer held up in there, I will see!
Well no sheds, lots of deer sign in there, but mostly looked like a huge doe bedding area. Lots of scrapes and rubs around the edge from the rut. Not much buck sign from recent. Looks to a great spot for next year to get a couple does!

Huge downgrade as the storm shifted a little SE and now we're only in the 2-4". We'll see what it brings but hopefully will be out this weekend if we don't get too much.
