Nice job guys! They keep trickling in, I think we're up to 18 now. I'll have to take another pic of one of the two I found yesterday. I was in a hurry with fire going across grass and I guess the one I snapped in a hurry with my phone didn't save.
Good job guys keep'm comin!! I was out yesterday for a few hours to find nothing, but as I left the area I was looking I seen 3 bucks still holding headgear so I didn't feel so bad lol.
That is exactly what my wife use to asked me. I took her mushroom hunting last spring for her first time. Now she knows what I mean. It is like looking for what is out of place.
Found 3 sheds and 2 dead heads yesterday. Pics are in my log. One was a shed that was a match to one I had found last year and I also found the skull that shed them. All were about 50 yards apart.
They were all old which is nice but still sucks to find em that way. Especially these, they were all really young. Not sure what would have caused the one to die right after shedding his antlers at only 2 years old.
My brother is just getting into shed hunting which is great, but yesterday he hit one of my spots before I got to it and found 5 which is not so great haha. Not to mention they were all within about 100 yards of eachother. Gonna have to be a little more secretive now, hate that I missed out.

I was able to get out at lunch again today and found an old one I missed earlier this year when I hit this spot for the first time...they have some good genes at this spot, both antlers are really thick. Wish I would have found this spot last year to save the squirrel damage though
Found 2 more in a spot I already hit...not sure how I missed these. The first one, I found before I even made it to the woods on the edge of a field in the tall grass. Coolest antler I'll probably ever find. Has 6 points with a massive 7th point broken off. Old 3 pt
Got out after work and found one that I missed last year. Would have been a decent little guy but the squirrels got it pretty good. Puts me at 13 total.
Hit a small spot on my lunch break for an hour today and came up big. Found 5 total, 2 giant fresh ones, a smaller fresh, and two old ones. All within 500 yards of eachother if I had to guess. New personal best on quality and total in one day. Massive 4 pt Small 4 pt Nice 5 pt Old 4 pt Old 4 pt with a small kicker Old deadhead sawed off with tree growing around it End of the day pic Also jumped a buck with both sides still so I guess I'll just have to go back
