Team 3- 3 Fletchings Deep

Hey guys, just checking in. Hope all of you are pumped and ready. We have our club planted here in Alabama now and our fields are soaking up the rain and growing as we speak.
We leave for our first trip to northwest Missouri this year on the 19th and will hunt till the 26th. We will also go back and bow hunt about three days before rifle season opens.
I’m shootin well just need the opportunity. I’m hoping to put some points on the board for us soon. Don’t know if I will do much here in Alabama before the Missouri trip.. I want to put most of my focus on that hunt and just clean up the rest when I come back home with the small club I have here. Good luck to you guys and yall be safe ! Shoot straight and don’t over think it.

freezer is empty. First 1 1/2 yr old doe or better.

buck may be a different situation. Not sure what I want to do. Legal buck is 3 pts on 1 side not counting browtines. If over 100 inches it will be shot. But I usually see 50 - 80 inches early. Not sure what I will do. Last yr I shot the first thing I could. A little 6 pt. I may be picky again but it was fun to just shoot. I throughly enjoyed myself in doing that.

Anyone going to head out this weekend. It’s supposed to be 80 degrees here.

 

I'm not able to. It's supposed to be in the mid to upper 80's here this weekend but we also have hockey in St. Louis this weekend.
