Went Saturday evening. Ended up seeing my first bobcat. 26 turkeys and 45 deer. Nothing in bow range. One more hunt to go.

I went last Saturday in Alabama gun hunting and got a decent 8. Still planning to smack a doe with bow before January is out.
Congrats to you both. Me and the boy went you Sunday afternoon. 25 mph northwest winds. Negative 2 degrees. We were facing right into the wind. Got in the stand around 230. And at 3 we had three does coming by us. I went to draw my bow and when I came to full draw my arrow came out of my nock so my arrow is just dangling there. I couldn’t believe it. Well they ended up smelling us. We sat there until five I couldn’t feel my fingers any more. And when we got the truck my mother in law sent us a picture of a buck by our stand. That is how I wrap my season up. First year in awhile i didn’t shoot one with the bow. But on the other hand my son had an awesome year. It was fun being on this team. Stay safe out there.
