Well I just gained access to the property I have been trying to lease. I have it till the end of the season so looks like I will be in it till the very end! After the holidays are over going to meet and hopefully get the new farm locked up for a couple years at least. I am all sorts of jacked up even though the rut is over and I have been wanting to duck hunt. It's back to the tree for me till its done.
Has anyone tried to get out any more this season? I went out the other day and shot some rabbits and pheasant!
Illini...I don't know if you saw my post but I finally got a shot a a good buck on New Year's Day. I ha a small shot window and guess I didn't see the one sapling that it hit. Clean miss though so that's good. Hoping to still get back out this weekend for another shot at him.
