Don't worry about it Matt. Once the velvet comes off the bucks will split up and I'm sure something will show up. My farm is the same way. Not much buck activity during the summer, but when the bachelor groups split up they start showing up.

I've got some shooters on cam too, but I'll keep them to myself... don't wanna stir up any locals if you know what I mean. :-)

Are we going to get a team avatar? I have no skills at that sort of thing, but I'd like one.

I curious about a new set I put up a few weeks back. I've never hunted this section of of my woods because it's so thick and next to the property line. However, the farmer has planted corn on that corner and I feel confident that the deer will move out of the corn and walk right under me, as they move in the the thickness. Last season this neighbor ruined almost every hunt by driving his UTV up and down the property lines making all sorts of unnecessary noises. He also chased deer out of the thick stuff when he drove up. Did I mention that he decides to take this little trips around 7 AM. He knows where my stands are located because he will stop in-front of them and look around. My none or my stands are facing his property, nor to I have any intent on hunting or shooting on his ground. I'm around 50 to 70 yards away from the line. He's a horrible person and so this year I'm going to confront the old bastard when/if he tries the same shyt. Not to mention he uses my land to dump his dead cattle and trash. I'm trying to catch him on my property so that I can just use it for leverage for when he really pisses me off.

Have about 1/3 acre of winter wheat planted a couple of weeks ago, it's been terrible dry around here. We did get 2/10'' of rain on Saturday so I'm hoping it will be enough to get it started, going to check it tomorrow, if I got anything coming up i'll put a pic up of the setup. Sounds like everyone else's preseason plans are coming along pretty well.

I own 50 acres in Harrison. Put multiple plots in at different times to the deer from over browsing. My best plot is a mix of Big Dog and Daikon radishes. I have two others that are a mix of forage rape and turnips. My deer seem to really like the leafy greens but they never wait for the first frosts like they are supposed too.

My logger just texted they are done cutting in my woods. Going to clean up the trails in the woods and make me a spot for a plot in the middle of the woods. I guess I'll be planting food plots this weekend and then hoping we get some rain. It is SUPER DRY out ther right now.
