Hey gltomp, How much longer you want to wait for our check in. Many other teams are requesting replacements already. Think we should wait a little longer? A bunch of teams are lucky and are all checked in and ready to rock.

Not sure how long shipping takes. I try and keep a few extra bags around and order when I get low. Id say normal shipping time, 6-8 business days. Never paid attention though honestly.

Fitz said we have to wait 'til 9/1. Yes, many teams have all members that have reported in. One team had a member who is unable to hunt at all this year and was replaced after letting his team know. Fitz knows we have one member MIA.

In my opinion deer cane is always really good as well as big and j attractants. Big and j is like a mix of a few minerals and crushed corn though

I have had great success with Swhackers. They are well build and simple. Even if they don't deploy you still have an inch of cutters.

I use g5 strikers. Expandables have always scared me. What I mean by that is I'm always worried they wouldn't deploy so I just saved myself the worrying and got fixed blades

As for broadheads, think Im going to use NAP Killzones again this year. Exit wound from last year photo 2(1).jpg

I honestly would rather fixed blade heads, but with working in ND this year I dont have time to keep up on the tuning of them.

I used the killzones last year but I had one fail me so I make the switch back to NAP hellrazors. Very sharp fixed head. Very solid head.

Well Team - I lost my bow and have nothing to hunt with!

    No... REALLY!!!!

My Amish buddy's brother came up yesterday from Maryland (he owns one of the farms we hunt on down there). Went out to visit him and his family today (and took my bow). Come to find out he's looking for a bow for his son. Well, to make a long story short... he BOUGHT my bow - and everything else in the case for $400! Pulled out four 100 dollar bills and took my bow!

So... I have no archery equipment!

Tomorrow I go to the local shop and probably come home with or lay away for a couple of weeks a new Mathews Chill. How cool is that??? The Bowtech was tearing my shoulders apart (due to me loosing ~40 pounds on purpose and my advanced age I suppose). I shot the Chill a few weeks ago (on 8/1) and absolutely loved the smoothness of the draw and I could hold it back forever with the Rockmod Cams.

I won't have anywhere near the same set up as I'm used to... so I'll need to get up the learning curve rather quickly --- but I'm up to it and can't wait to get it home. Photos will be posted as soon as I can.
