Nice deer guys! Hopefully I can get a doe or bigger buck to stroll by so I can add to the score! I have to work 7 days in a row this week but I'm going to try an leave at noon on Wednesday and Thursday. Afternoon activity seems to be picking up on cams so hopefully that's a good sign!

Last night was my first sit without a deer sighting. I knew it was bound to happen, but it still bummed me out lol. I'm not getting out again until at least Monday. Hopefully the deer will cooperate then

Well I pick my new bow (Z7 xtreme) up yesterday and got it all set up today and ready to go. Man it is a sweet shooting bow. I am 5' 6" and a 26" draw length and it fits me just right. Never been into the whole mathews hype but it is what felt right when I was trying out different bows. I was able to get out this evening but saw nothing but coyotes.

MO Hunter sorry I didn't get back to you till now I was just trying to find a way to get out and do some hunting while in Branson. We are still going down there but I will no be able to get hunting in do to lack of family members that were supposed to go and then decide not to go now. We were hoping on having some babysitting help.

Well if you guys get out this weekend goodluck and be safe.

Well I am off to a wake.
My aunt is a chicago cop and her partner for the last 25 years just passed away.
it really sucks losing him now especially after he just retired a few weeks ago.
I hope all and any of you have a great sit if you get out to the woods

 

I am heading out in the morning before my sons football game. supposed to be 27 degrees in the AM. He has a double header but I am hoping to skip out on the afternoon game and get back in the woods.

Well i only had one deer come even close 40 yards out a small 6 then i had to go help a Buddy track his deer

My last day of work for the week. This coming week I'm only working two days! So hopefully I get some good stand time in. Any one seeing anything today?

 

I MAY (may) get to go sit one time this weekend, but pretty well tied up until the end of the month.

 

3 days and Im on my way to the triangle. yahoooooooooooooooo.
I am hoping to but some serious time in for those 4 days and bring home a bruiser.
Last year I had an 155"-160" 8 pointer walk right behind me at first light the only clear shot I had at him was on the other side of the fence which I later found out was part of our property to hunt.
