ok guys serious countdown mode now. clothes are washed, descented, stored in bags and tubs. gear is all tuned up, cleaned, descented and ready. 11 days and I am betting we will be on the board again. I wonder if the deer are as excited as I am
Well fellas, Sunday night I had everything ready...clothes washed, bow ready, truck gassed up, ready to roll. Morning was going to be perfect...great wind for the perfect stand. But my little baby had different plans and gave me the best opening day I have had in 17 years of hunting!!! Eliza Burke Cunningham was born on opening day of deer season at 12:27. 6lbs 3oz and 19"s long. She already has me wrapped around her finger! Again, for some reason, I can't seem to post photos on here but I will figure it out soon enough...
Congrats Buddy........ Just remember that day every opening day you miss from now on.it will always be worth it. Send me the pics and I'll post them for ya Sent from my LG-E739 using Tapatalk 2

these are for cunninghamww (congrats again buddy beautiful family) And the poetic justice of missing opening day was when we brought her home today...had a tree rat in my back yard and I just couldn't resist it...pinwheeled her at 27 yards and felt pretty good about myself...
Congratulations on the new addition to the family!!! Hope everyone is doing well, and make sure you let mom get as much sleep as she can.....
Hey man congrats that is so awsome. Goodluck with the new one and hope everything goes well and recovers well. What a blessing a baby is and the first one at that. Enjoy her and take care of mama congrats agian.
Going bear hunting again tomorrow. I have had some daytime movement at my baitsite so I am optimistic about my chances.
