No, I haven't yet. I only have one pic on my phone, so I have to get them off the computer. I won't be home until Sunday night since I am heading to that land to scout it out right now.

What is the buck limit per hunter in KS? Good luck with the property.

Got out for a couple of hours in the rain yesterday evening. Saw a 'yote, skunk, rabbit and had an owl in the tree with me. Not a single deer seen while in stand or on the drive home. Strange.

Just wait until some of us really have some time to get out and hunt. Our points will be adding up like our national debt!

Obama Style ! That would be more dead deer and points than are allowed. They would become extinct

Got out this morning and saw nothing from stand other than some fat-a$$ squirrels. Maybe I need to clean some those out next year... Heard 2 or 3 deer bust my Dad tho. I got bored about 9 and went on a spot and stalk. Jumped one but all I got to see was it's white rear-end bounding away thru the thick brush. Hoping to get out in a bit to try things at another spot. Good luck to all who are getting out this weekend

Unfortunately Kansas is a one buck state. We can shoot 4 or 5 does though I just got set up on this new land, but I think its definitely a rifle place though. Hardly any trees out here for a stand. And it's hotter than **** out here right now.

Good luck to everyone this weekend!

Just watched a 120-130" buck bed down 100 yards from me. I don't have my binoculars, the old man is sitting on a hill scouting so I let him take them. Pretty surprised for being the first 30 minutes on a brand new property

I shot some new bows today at the shop I go to. Pretty much had myself talked into the PSE Revenge before I went. I shot a new Bear and it was ok. Wasn't nearly as happy with the PSE as I thought I would be. THEN I shot the Mission Ballistic. WOW! Felt like it was made just for me. I've heard tell that a person can adjust to, and become proficient with, lots of different bows, but the right bow will pick it's owner. Amen to that! To say it fit me like a glove would be an understatement. It felt awesome! I put some money down on it and hopefully gonna pick it up in a couple weeks. Can't wait to get it set up and do some shooting with it :D

Congrats....that is a great feeling. Sounds like you found a winner. That is the only reason I have not updated my 4 year old bow. Might just use it another 10 years or more! No hunting this weekend, but have a LOT of time off coming up soon.

What new Bear bow did you shoot, and what was it you didn't like about it? I'm just wondering, I haven't heard anything about them yet. Congrats on finding a new bow!

I think it was the Bear Method. I was trying bows all around the same price range and speed. It wasn't too bad, I liked it quite a bit better than the PSE, but the Mission just felt 'right'.

Well I finally got my doe entered onto the score card, so I'm done contributing points for the year. Don't worry, next year I will be able to add some more points for Team 27 :tu:

Anybody getting out before the weekend gets here? I am going to try and get out Thursday afternoon, then Saturday morning again.
