Well every morning I take a cruise with my morning coffee and a chew before work. This mornings drive consisted of 5 bucks including a GIANT...Standing in the front lawn...of my newest 2 acre hunting spot. Boy he was looking dumbfounded by the tail in front of him. Can't say I've never been there before.

Not officially scored. Actually just pulled him from freezer and got to Taxidermist last Thursday he's going to get me the horns this weekend then I'll score it for the contest and then at some point have it official. So hopefully by end of weekend I can have it added to our score sheet. That's if I do get it tus weekend.

I’ll tell you what, I miss college. I never had more time to hunt than those 4 years. I was spoiled.

My favorite time of college was when I could still plan my classes around my deer hunting schedule. I’d have two long days of class then hunt every other day of the week it was awesome.

Although not always the wisest I would pick and choose the classes that were “mandatory”. I would make the 4 hour round trip to home and back sometimes 3 times a week to hunt. Still got that eduamacation

Kind of nice the juco I went to play baseball at was only 30 minutes away and then NIU is only 45 minutes so I could hunt before and after classes

I thought about that after my freshman year but with 6 am practice and crap like that I knew it just wasn't going to work plus this year I work for the University as an RA so I am getting a good chunk of school paid for. It's a give and take relationship but at least I still get to hunt!

What do you guys think of this form? Ohio Taxidermy Supply 700 series. This is one that my taxidermist did last year.
