    Congrats Capt.! if yall watched the news tonight you probably saw us on the east coast are getting pounded right now with a storm! I'm ight be able to sneak out of work and catch the backside of the front when it is 37 degrees! I decided to check cameras before the storm since the heavy rain would wash my scent away and after checking cameras I learned I was about 3 hours from Killing Skinny on sunday! Legal time ended at 6:10 around 9:30 that same night he headed right down the trail that would have brought him past my tree! I am closing the gap!!

    I’m going to try and get out tomorrow after school if I can. Might be a one of two sit weekend for me. Have PT conferences next week and 18 reports full of data to write for academic goals on students. On top of that, have my formal evaluation on Tuesday full of paperwork for that. Teaching is supposed to be fun!

    I'll be out for a long morning sit on Saturday. The MIL actually volunteered to watch the kids during my wife's on-call weekend...otherwise I would have been on dad duty the whole time. Wind should be perfect for my doe spot by the woodshed.
