You guys are on fire, Way to go dropping the bucks CONGRATS
Night before last on public land had a 145 inch 8 go by at 4pm but he was to far away for a shot and wouldnt come to my calling, he would just stop and look.
Went back there yesterday morning and had a little 6 point chase 5 does and fawns by me at 25 yards, a few minutes later he had cut one big doe out of the herd and chased her back to 25 yards from me again, I was hoping a bigger buck would be following them but nope
So I went to move a trail cam at 1pm yesterday afternoon and got to see Bob The Buck on the hoof while hanging the trail cam, he walked by me at about 80 yards at 1pm. So the boys are moving in daylight now :bhod:
I got this trail cam pic of Bob The Buck moving in daylight a few days ago, and the older ones of him ... his rack has gone down hill so much for a buck I would have thought his rack would be at his prime for his age. And how he looked in 2015. Gonna hunt mid day to dark on public today:bow:

Way to go team! We are in the lead on does and it looks like the bucks are starting to drop! Everyone get their deer on the scorecard for fitz? We dont wanna miss any! I have been out hunting when I can.. I have only had 2 decent bucks in range so far and I let them walk. I know my property holds bigger bucks and hope to get one of them in range before 1st gun season. I will be out in the morning and things are heating up! Best of luck guys and stay after it!

Well after 7.5 years Bob The Buck is Dead. Gotta say Im a bit sad, Im gonna miss watching him and and filming him. But a big congrats to the hunter whom got him night before last ! He texted me the photos and I shared with him the photos etc I had of Bob from over the years.
But on the up side my husband shot this 10 point yesterday morning, he thought he missed low at 40 yards. He got down to retrieve the arrow only to find blood and hair so he knew he hit him. So we gave him 5 hours and went in after him with my blood tracking dog and the dog tracked and recovered him quickly. Turns out his broadhead sliced thru the bottom of the bucks heart :)

Congrats to those who have killed, I was unfortunately unable to get it done in Missouri this year. Saw a lot of bucks but not the big mature deer I was looking for. After harvesting the last 2 years my luck has come to an end! Back at it in Michigan, hope to get one on the ground and some points on the board. Good luck out there , shoot straight.

Yes Thwack1. Post your buck to the scorecard!

Guys, I️ shot my best buck to date on the night of the 11th and recovered him early on the 12th. PUBLIC LAND. All the trips from TN to Ohio this year paid off ten fold. He has a cool story behind him too.

Our buddy had pictures of him dating back to 2014 on private land 2 miles away as the crow flies. I️ also had pics two days before I️ shot him but didn’t know it until after. The youngest this deer could be is 6.5 and he’s most likely 7.5.

151 7/8” and 202lbs dressed, also a 28” neck!. He was an absolute tank

Has anyone taken the time to tally our total points? We have hammered some deer this year as a team. Good job everyone!

Those of you still hunting, there’s plenty of time still yet. If you haven’t killed a doe and you can in your state, try to get one late season.

This is by far the best team I’ve ever had and I️ knew by looking at the lineup to begin with that it would be pretty good!

Congrats to everyone that has killed a buck! I have been slightly to picky lol. I've passed up on multiple bucks in the 120-140 range. I'm holding off for one better than last year, 154" is gonna be tougher than what I thought!

Sorry guys, I work a screwy schedule and I have to pick up the mount and re-do the measurements before I can get him on the board! I should have it all taken care of by the weekend as I'm off. Should be putting a doe down this week as well before the orange army comes out! Great looking buck Matt!

Wow Matt that is a stud of a buck! Congrats man. I've been grinding it pretty hard the last couple weeks and have some great encounters but for one reason or another it hasn't worked out yet. Hoping to get it done here soon. As it gets later my standards go down lol.

I’m working on my Doe. I’ve been seeing them just been out of range. I’ll be taking the boy with me this weekend. Hopefully I️ can connect on one.

Thank you so much guys. I’m sill on cloud 9. I’ve never killed a pope and young because my area doesn’t produce many in TN. I’ve always killed top end deer for what I️ hunt but never a pope and young.

I️ worked really hard for this deer and couldn’t be more proud of the accomplishment

Make sure everyone gets their deer entered with correct info and everything that’s needed. We have a shot at this

I’ll get my break down for the score card when I get the Skull from the taxidermist. Sooner if possible.
He measured the score and told me, I totally forgot about needing the breakdown.
