Ok so here's the story Got in the stand yesterday about 4 about an hour later 2 fawns and the nanny come in and lay about 35 yards away with no shot they lay there for a while then they get up the doe walks out to the hay field and the little ones walk all over nibbling here and there. At one point they start following a squirrel around. Soon the go out to the hay field on the other side. Once the get out of sight I was thinking about getting down. I was just checking the weather for the morning then I saw them come back in with mamma in the lead. They wandered around and it was starting to look like they were going to go out in the corn then she changed her mind and started my way and cut right in front of me at 15 yards. Shot was a little high but was a pass through with an easy blood trail, found her 80 yards away in the corn field
This morning was full of action, saw several does and was shot a doe at 30 yards, found her 50 yards from the shot. Will anyone direct me to where to post pictures? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

Nice job guys ! I came down with the flu on Friday night - missed the morning on Sunday opener but I made it out tonight for a couple hours and saw two little basket racks . Was nice to be in the tree soaking up some fresh air.
Nope gotta stock the freezer before the lil one gets here in January. Also the oldest is hunting this year and we might do a turkey trip too. No time to waste.
