I noticed last year when it came to scoring racks, a lot of guys either shorted themselves on the H measurement or they counted the tip of the main beam as a G measurement. Are you guys all pretty good at scoring? One thing I learned new a few years back is measurements are taken on the outside of the rack when you are scoring the points and the main beams. Hopefully you guys are all capable scorers.
By the way, here in Ohio, we start September 29th. I'll be checking cams, dumping corn, one more stand to set up, 3 small food plots to seed, and shooting the bows between now and then.
I like mid-south monsters. I should definitely be good for a doe and have opportunities for a buck depending I what I have on camera to go after. I should have a few decent bucks to go after in LA and AR. I’m hoping for a buck in Kansas too. I’m gonna try to knock out a doe ASAP to get some fresh deer jerky! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’m good with Simon being captain. I’m definitely good for a doe. I’ve killed a lot of deer in the 130 range including last year. I shot my buck last year before the rut and then ended up rattling in two over 140 to within 15 yds. It’s 140 or bust for me this year.
Glad to hear we’re going to be able to contribute a lot of 50 point does this year. That’s the key...everyone needs to a take a doe and about half of us need decent 130/140 class deer to be in this competition. Obviously, don’t make your hunting plans around an online contest, but it’s fun knowing this group has a shot at a good finish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Photoshop is one area i don’t have a lot of expertise in, I can edit simple stuff together but resizing and whatnot isn’t easy with my equipment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My plots are all in the ground, fertilized my brassicas and mowed my clover/chicory yesterday. Thank god for this rain. Got a small Antler King Honey Hole plot in the ground yesterday in a neighbors field. Wasnt expecting the ground to be open but he text me saying it wasn’t getting planted so i took advantage. That's what hurt my team last year. 6 or 7 of my mates got decent bucks but I think only 3 or 4 of us took out does. If everyone takes out a doe that adds on 500 inches of bone to our score.
Believe it or not I went deer-less last year. Was hunting one deer and it was him or bust, he ended up getting hit by a car on December 12th (after 4 years of me hunting him) and when I finally got back out after does I had one duck my arrow like a ninja. Was over it after that point...last year took ALOT out of me because i put i endless hours and lost my 2 best deer. Here’s the story: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Also checked my buddies Big n Beasty plot i helped him put in yesterday, it’s looking great. Gonna be doing a lot of filming on it a lot this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So far I think both of them are good. Looks like we may have to vote. I tried looking some up but didn't find any.
