    I skipped out, not feeling the best this morning with the weather change. Every new season i get a day or two of basically hay fever that I gotta suffer through and then it goes away.

    Plus i hate hunting in the wind.

    Yeah I debated on shooting this guy, but it was just too perfect of a hunt to pass him up. The others can get a year older or maybe one of my buddies will take one of the big boys. Either way I am very happy with how the season turned out. I have one more doe tag that will keep me in the woods when I want to go out.

    I would like to keep filming my buddies to see if I can get some of their hunts on film. We will see what happens but historically once I don't have a buck tag, I don't like to hunt much because that is when you start seeing big ones come right by you.

    Okay guys, I'm throwing a curve ball tonight. My dad used to hunt a property that borders the one Im hunting this year. Its thick hedge and cedars. He had an old stand that i checked the straps on the other day. It hasnt been hunted in 2 years. I'm giving it a shot tonight. Anxious to see if my shooters are hiding in the thick stuff next door!
