I hurt my foot last night somehow during the hunt. I’ll probably hobble out to one of my blinds tonight depending on how heavy the rain is. I don’t mind hunting in the rain but I don’t like the recovery in the rain if that makes sense. Makes tracking harder...hard to get kill shots and film and overall just enjoy it. I’ll also try again tonight. I don’t think it’s going to rain very hard. Just a constant misting rain and I’ve done really well in those conditions. Time to break out the tree umbrella. Headed back to the “Christmas tree” stand tonight. Good luck team!
Alright so I gotta ask how you think you hurt it? Or are you just old like me and wake up with injuries from unknown sources?
Went and freshened up a couple corn piles and found this. I'm just surprised I didn't find it sooner.
Come on guys I need to see a big buck on the ground. Don't wait on me. It's ok if you all shoot a big boy tonight while I'm at home entertaining company.
I'll be back out tonight just waiting on the wife to get home...didn't see anything this morning. Heard a deer blow this morning I'm thinking these hunters around here need to get an earlier start and a better scent away shower...lol Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Going to my new stand was going to go out elk woods but children acting up so I'm going tomorrow night regardless. I'm hoping one big boys show up that I had on cam, would be a nice addition to the score card or even just a doe...either way it's beautiful country out there....quiet too. I'm back out at it this afternoon. Slight wind and feels like a great killing night. Put my buddy in one of my beat spots this morning and he unfortunately missed one. We are hopeful one of the three shooter bucks shows up for one of us. Sent from my SM-G955U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
