    I am going to fill each of the tags if I can. Best chance will be the elk tag. The moose is archery only. The elk tag is rifle or archery, but I plan on hunting archery the whole time. The deer tag will probably be the hardest to fill.

    Current weather forecast for the next week for the closest town, about 45 minutes SW is the public land we will be hunting. Nice change from the upper 80s and low 90s it has been in Arkansas.

    Here is a nice long beard. I do have a question though. Do their beards usually get thinner in the fall cause he looks to have about an 8 inch beard but it seems real skinny.

    Well a new buck has finally shown up. He is a stud of an 8 pointer. I'm guessing him at 153". Defintely a no doubter.
