Welcome to the team! In all the years I have been part of this contest none of the teams have been overly talkative. Glad to see a lot of interaction.
I just heard the updated forecast for my area Saturday evening through Monday morning. Windy, stormy, and 5+ inches of rain. Looks like the plots will finally get watered!!!!!
Glad to have the full squad on board, 5 inches of rain, that’s some moisture! You hunting public or private in KS Kody ?

Possibly. This property is a travel route for bucks so new bucks come through every year. Have to wait and see what shows up Sent from my SM-G892A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I have to say it sure is nice to watch it rain the same day a food plot was planted. We have been getting a nice steady rain for the last couple of hours. I actually won’t be back to the plot until I’m hunting it so I’m hoping to see plenty of greenery when I show up. Fingers crossed. Should be good timing with the beans turning yellow.
Has anybody else here in Ohio noticed how much sooner the crops are going to be ready to harvest than in past years? I’m already seeing corn being cut here. Some bean fields are already completely yellow. I’m also seeing TONS of acorns this year.
I haven't seen anything being cut yet but I did see a fairly yellow bean field the other day when I was driving.
It's a little after 2 am here and it's raining pretty hard. I'm hoping to get out and do a little today but the rain may put a damper on that.
