    So I'm back in Missouri. I should still be elk hunting but I got screwed over on my trip. That's a long story for later on. I am currently sitting in a tree, so that makes things a little better. Hoping to get a doe or two before I go back to work next Tuesday.

    Slow night tonight. Didn't see any deer, just one raccoon. I'll be back at it in the morning, hopefully some does will cooperate and I can get us some more points.

    Still haven't laid eyes on a whitetail from the stand yet. I'm leaving in about 20 minutes to hunt a different farm of ours tonight. Come on slickheads! Good luck to anybody else hunting today.

    I have til Tuesday before I go back to work, so hopefully I can at least get a doe before then. I will be shocked if I don't kill a deer within the next couple days. Knowing how my luck has been going lately though, it's hard telling what will happen.

    Had a good hunt, just never got the shot I wanted. Had a couple does at the base of my tree, but it just never came together. Oh we'll, ill be at it again tomorrow if it doesn't rain.
