Yeah the contests are really fun. My team last year was in first most of time until right at the end.
We make lower end bourbons like Kentucky Tavern and Very Old Barton. Our biggest seller currently is Fireball.
That stuff just burns the whole way down lol but I won't pass it up. I am more of a Jameson Whiskey kind of guy.
I lived in Southern IL in a very small town named Fults. The Great Flood of 93 moved me up on the bluffs to Waterloo IL. I turned 51 in July. Been shacked up with the same woman for over 5 years. Employed with the Monroe county Sheriff's Dept. for 30 years this past March, as Maintenance Supervisor for all County owned buildings and properties. I shoot an old Mathews SQ2 for so long I can't even remember. Been bow hunting since I was 15yrs. old. killed at least one deer sometimes 2 or 3 during all those seasons. Does that make me an expert? Not at all... Still learning something new each time I sit a tree during the fall. Any other information you'd like to share??? More like advice to all the younger members. Keep a journal and photographs of all your outdoor adventures, you won't regret it.
I wouldn't worry about Atlasman. He should show up soon I would think. He is very good at putting deer down every year. Tim
